Last week's headlines featured New York Governor Eliot Spitzer and a call girl scandal - just one of today's examples of a lack of leadership among our leaders. How do you explain it? David Gruder, Ph. D., says, "We have three core drives: the drives for authenticity, connection and impact. These drives translate into the three main varieties of integrity: self-integrity, relationship integrity and societal integrity. Leadership integrity requires all three forms of integrity. All of us have integrity strengths and deficits connected with our three core drives. Governor Spitzer's integrity strength was his societal integrity. Yet his deficit in relationship integrity caused his political downfall." What are your integrity strengths and deficits and how does upgrading your integrity serve you, your relationships and our world? Dr. David Gruder is a psychologist and integrity development expert who for the past 30 years has consulted and trained professionals, clergy, educators and others about the various aspects of integrity. He is the author of "The New IQ: How Integrity Intelligence Serves You, Your Relationships and Our World."

FRANK JOSEPH - There Are No Coincidences - Frank Joseph is the Editor in Chief of Ancient American, a popular science magazine describing overseas visitors to our continent before Columbus. Co-author of his current book, Opening of the Ark of the Covenant, Laura Beaudoin is a direct descendent of the Crusader Kings, who ruled Jerusalem in the 12th and 13th Centuries. She is a former Los Angeles TV executive, who is now devoted to investigating her family history as related to the Ark. Laura and Frank live with their son Sammy in Colfax, Wisconsin.

WILLIAM E MARKS - How Safe Is Your Tap Water? - Mr. William E. Marks (see IMDb), water philosopher - was raised on an organic farm. In the early 1970s, as a student at Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU) - he researched fish kills and industrial pollution. As a result, a major industry pled guilty after being indicted by a Federal Grand Jury based on Marks' water sample and photographic evidence under the 1899 Refuse Act. He was subsequently honored by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA Region II) with the "Citizen Activist Of The Year" award. After college he traveled Europe and Northwest Africa in order to grasp the significance of the early industrial revolution and old world water management methods. Upon returning to the U.S., he worked as Senior Environmental Analyst for the City of Newark developing programs for storm water runoff; public water supply, and derelict barge and pier removal. Mr. Marks resigned from Newark to do a self-defined coast-to-coast horseback odyssey across America entitled, "Ride for Nature" - to help raise water consciousness. The trek used a lead horse and packhorse; lasted for 20 months; passed through 25 states, and traversed over 7,000 miles while living outside full time. During the journey - Marks spoke before audiences at college campuses; ranch and equestrian associations;
civic organizations; Rotary; chambers of commerce; Lions clubs; museums, and many others. "Ride For Nature" received major national and international media attention. He was Founder/President (14 years) of Martha's Vineyard's first State-Certified water testing laboratory and environmental consulting firm named - Vineyard Environmental Protection, Inc., and Founder/President (15 years) of Vineyard Environmental Research, Inst. (VERI), where he researched acid rain and groundwater mobilization of metals with grants from USEPA; American Water Works Association (AWWA); New England Water Works Association (NEWWA), and performed coastal erosion and sea level research with scientists from Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute.

ERIK STEARNS - New Age Philosophy - Erik has lived in the Austin area for around twenty years. He graduated from Round Rock High and Attended A.C.C. and the University of Texas where he studied Management of Information Systems. During College, he started my own computer consulting business called StarBlazer Enterprises, Inc. That was after he had found out that his radio hobby and career weren't going anywhere due to politics. Yes he is Erik "Starblazer" Stearns from B-93 FM!!!! For about seven months in 1998, he was working as a production and sound engineer for KJFK 98.9 FM. His journey thus far has also led him to fascinating research concerning what would be considered paranormal phenomena. It works like this: Let's say that the Internet is a technological tool which is preparing us for the time when we may reach a possible next stage in our evolution. That being, controllable and repeatable telepathic contact throughout the whole population, thus a networked, not a collective consciousness. When he came up with the Idea, he not only did research, but he started testing the waters for reactions which were for the most part, positive. His research went to other fields such as remote viewing, psychokinetic, telepathy, etc. Because of it, he have been called on for remote viewing and analysis consultations. This gave him a wild, but logical idea. If remote viewing or intuitive sensation can be refined into a reliable skill, why not use it as an aide for the purpose of design and troubleshooting of technology and related issues? Well, the answer is in additional research. To facilitate this, he formed an organization to look into intuitive sensation.
