DR KEVIN RANDLE PhD - Was The Alleged Roswell UFO Crash a Crasehed Soviet Space Vehicle? - Kevin D. Randle has, for more than thirty-five years, studied the UFO phenomena in all its various incarnations. Training by the Army as a helicopter pilot, intelligence officer and military policeman, and by the Air Force as both an intelligence officer and a public affairs officer, has provided Randle with a keen insight into the operations and protocols of the military, their investigations into UFOs, and into a phenomenon that has puzzled people for more than a century. Randle's educational background is as diverse as his military experience. As an undergraduate at the University of Iowa, he studied anthropology. Graduate work included journalism, psychology and military science at the University of Iowa, California Coast University and the American Military University. He has both master and doctoral degrees in psychology and a second master degree in the Art of Military Science. During his investigations, Randle has traveled the United States to interview hundreds of witnesses who were involved in everything from the Roswell, New Mexico crash of 1947, to the repeated radar sightings of UFOs over Washington, D.C. in 1952, to the latest of the abduction cases. Randle was first writer to review the declassified Project Blue Book files while they were still housed at Maxwell Air Force Base and before they were redacted, among the first to report on animal mutilations and among the first to report on alien abductions. He also was the first to report the alien home invasions and among the first to suggest humans working with the aliens. Randle has written extensively on UFOs beginning in 1973 with articles in various national magazines. He had published many books about UFOs starting with The UFO Casebook in 1989 and continuing with Crash in 2010. Randle was away from his UFO studies while recalled to active duty with the Army in Iraq from 2003 to 2004. KATHLEEN MARDEN - Captured! The Betty and Barney Hill UFO Experience - Kathleen Marden was trained as a social scientist and educator and holds a B.A. degree from the University of New Hampshire. She participated in graduate studies in education at The University of Cincinnati and UNH. She is also a certified hypnotherapist. During her fifteen years as an educator, she innovated, designed and implemented model educational programs. She also held a supervisory position, coordinating, training and evaluating education staff. Additionally, she taught adult education classes on UFO and abduction history. She is the director of field investigator training (emeritus) for MUFON (Mutual UFO Network), the largest international UFO organization. In 2003, MUFON publicly recognized Kathy for her outstanding contribution of advancing the scientific study of the UFO phenomenon and demonstrating positive leadership. For the past twenty years she has engaged in UFO research and investigation and written numerous articles pertaining to UFO abduction phenomena. Kathy was a primary witness to the evidence of her aunt and uncle, Betty and Barney Hills' 1961 UFO encounter and the aftermath. After Betty's death in 2004, Kathy compiled two permanent archival collections for the Milne Special Collection and Archives Department at the UNH Library. The Hills' civil rights collection is comprised of documents, letters, photographs and newspaper articles pertaining to Betty's and Barney's social and political activities. The UFO collection contains all of all the correspondence, articles, and other material from Betty's extensive files, including new material, Betty's dress, and the forensic paintings of her captors by artist, David Baker. In 1996, Betty released to Kathy the audio tapes of the hypnosis sessions she and Barney participated in with renowned psychiatrist, Dr. Benjamin Simon. With Betty's approval, she transcribed the tapes and conducted a comparative analysis of the Hills' individual testimony versus Betty's dream account of alien abduction. Her book Captured! The Betty and Barney Hill UFO Experience, (coauthored with nuclear physicist/scientific ufologist Stanton Friedman) was published in 2007. PHILIP COPPENS - The Ancient Alien Question - Philip Coppens' publishing career began at the age of 23, when he edited the legacy of the late Belgian historian Marcel Mestdagh's research into European megaliths into a much-anticipated sequel. DR STUART BRAMHALL - The Most Revolutionary Act: Memoir of an American Refugee - Dr Bramhall is a 62 year old child and adolescent psychiatrist who was born in Milwaukee and graduated from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York. She became radicalized in her early thirties, owing in part to the extreme hardship of balancing a medical career with single motherhood, and in part to a growing awareness that her clients' difficulties stemmed from profound economic and social deprivation that she was helpless to address with psychiatric treatment. Most of her activism has focused on the 20 year movement to create a national single payer health care system in the US. Prior to emigrating to New Zealand in 2002, she was a private practice psychiatrist in Seattle for 20 years, and before that in Chico, California for five years. She currently resides in New Plymouth and for the last eight years has worked, as a psychiatrist, for the New Zealand National Health Service. She is also on the National Executive of the Green Party of Aotearoa New Zealand.
