DAN HALL - Paranormal in Real Life - Dan Hall has provided his creative services, including producing, directing, writing, cinematography, and editing, to ESPN's SportsCentury, American Sportsman, The Montel Williams Show, Paramount Pictures, PBS children's series Reading Rainbow, CBS News, NBC News, TBS, BET, TNT, MTV, Nickelodeon, and a host of other companies in the U.S. and abroad. Hall premiered t 587: The Great Train Robbery 2000 and went on to garner an Outstanding Achievement Award at the Yellowstone Film Festival and a Gold Medal at the New York Film Festival. The film was also screened at the Nortel Palm Springs International Film Festival in California and the Cincinnati International Film Festival. In addition, 587 was given the Seal of Approval by the Dove Foundation and was approved by the Coalition for Quality Children's Media (Kid's First!). The film was booked through AMC, O'Neal, and several independent theaters across the U.S. Hall completed production on his second feature The Lil' River Rats and the Adventure of the Lost Treasure in 2004, The film screened at the Indianapolis International Film Festival and the SMMASH Film Festival. It has been marketed throughout Europe and aired on the Showtime Cable Network for the 05-06 season. EZ Money, Hall's third feature film, distributed by MTI, was completed in 2006, as was his first documentary, Central State: Asylum for the Insane, which premiered to sell-out crowds at the IMAX theater and was featured on Coast to Coast AM with Ian Punnett. The paranormal documentaries Ghost Stories: Walking with the Dead and Ghost Stories 2: Unmasking the Dead followed, also premiering at the IMAX theater and playing at other theaters throughout the Midwest. In 2009 Hall release Ghost Stories 3 premiering at the IMAX and in 2010 a companion documentary " Faces of Darkness on PBS. Also in 2010 saw the completion of " America on Wheels: The Model T' showcasing the automobile that put American on the road. This film was accepted at the Indianapolis International Film Festival and released for television audiences on PBS. In addition, Ghost Stories 3 and 4 in the series were released and are in distribution through Echobridge Entertainment Group. And for October 2011 Hall will release 'The Haunting of Fox Hollow Farms" a paranormal documentary based on the site of a serial murder. Over 5,000 human remains recovered on the property only five people were positively identified.
